1. Agreement Framework
By scheduling a private transfer, intercity journey, or Ziyarat tour with RehmaTours, you agree to these Terms of Service. RehmaTours operates licensed luxury transport services across Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Fixed Rate Pricing Guarantee
All journey fares confirmed by RehmaTours are 100% fixed and all-inclusive. Quoted prices include:
- Darb highway toll fees across Saudi intercity expressways.
- Airport pickup & parking fees at King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) and Madinah Airport (MED).
- White-glove luggage assistance and complimentary cold bottled water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Saudi dates.
- Zero hidden fuel or late-night surcharges.
3. Airport Meet & Assist and Flight Delay Policy
Our dispatch team monitors live flight telemetry using the flight number provided during booking. International airport arrivals include up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after flight landing.
4. Free Cancellation & Modification Policy
Journeys may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Modifications can be made directly via our WhatsApp Concierge Desk.
5. Passenger Capacity & Luggage Allowance
Vehicle capacity limits (guests, large suitcases, and cabin bags) specified during booking are strictly enforced for passenger safety and highway transport authority compliance.
